i pay around $4 a lb at AED and THEY SUCK at filling bottles. I am sick of them filling my bottles to only have 900psi when I get it in the car

lol between 3 of us on here we prob. go through 5-6 bottles a week lol

 

thinking about getting a nitrous filling set up so you can fill some bottles?

 

if I had a nitrous bottle to fill I would let you know... lol

Yeah after a few bottles of Air and losing some runs I think it would be easier to buy a station and be able to blame myself....

I have a NX Refill station and FYI, its impossible to fill a bottle with air. We have a digital scale... A full ZEX bottle with Gas is 24lbs 6oz... If my scale reads 24 6oz, its completely full of gas, not air

AED fills mine, and i have had no problems, 4 bucks or so a pound, if you dont have good pressuer its too cold, and youll need to heat the bottle, on a cool nite a full bottle my not have but 600 psi, and it wont work under 900 psi, opperating range should be 900 to 1100 psi. a bottle warmer is a must in the winter

 

i have a bottle heater, and I have had a few bottles come from AED that with the heater on, the best pressure I can get out of it is 900psi

I think I have only been able to get 1200 psi out of a bottle from AED once. 1200 psi is a HUGE diff. then 900psi lol

 

I know what your saying... But there is ways to get a bad fill....I have been doing this for 10 years and know when I have a good or bad one. NO pun on you or your station man, never had you do a bottle for me...
