Looks pretty damn lean from 4,700 to 8,100, borderline tune = bad tune imo..
I would tune for 13.5 at the MOST imo.. 3 hp isn't worth it if you get a bad batch of gas or somethin goes wrong...

4700 up does look a bit lean. put a few milliseconds into the injectors for the entire range. allthough the last 500 rpm look right on. depending the type of fuel your using you might see a few extra ponies at the very top by retarding the timing by about 1 degree.

I'd say start advancing timing by small increments at 6100rpm(where your tq starts to drop) and when you notice that advancing timing doesnt increase your numbers, retard it 1 degree from there and youre set...ive never dyno tuned a car, but from what Ive read, thats a good way to tune timing.
