i'm having some mixed feelings...
should there be a couple bends in the constitution when, for the most part, it bennefits people or should all situations be handled identically not taking into account any of the specifics that effect the situation?
This reminds me of the bill that is being proposed about the United States and torture. Torture, in any form, is a violation of everyone's inailiable rights a human being, but when the methods could be used to gain information that could save the lives of thousands..is it justified?
