Default Car is back, hopefully..

Finally gettin my car back on the road, tommorow probably..

replaced almost everything on the driver side of the engine, bitch better not leak.. new balance shaft seal/retainer, main seal, cam seals, water pump, timing belt.. Louie, I fixed my oil pan, just used some RTV and JB weld.. haha can't go wrong with and oil pan fitting that is TIG welded, RTV sealed, and JB welded for good luck... All I can say is it better not leak. Now lets hope the main/rod bearings are OK from the oil loss incident.. there wasn't any trace of bearing material in the remaining oil I had when I drained it, or the tray/pickup, so hopefully I won't develop any knock..

Thats right Adrian, it's about there, just gotta put the oilpan back on!

Seriously? Sorry to hear that bro... I know it sucks to be spending money left and right and barely keeping your head against the water.. When you fix one thing, something else breaks.

Whoaaa..... You can't spend more on an oil pan than the entire car is worth!

But on a serious note, that's got to hurt to drop $450 on an oil pan. It could be much much much worse, but that's just one more expensive thing to upgrade that should have been fine leaving stock, really.
