Aaron Pratt I Need You!!!!

If any body knows any information on Aaron Pratt I could use it. I bought his 2000 SI from one of his friends however the title he gave me was an old title. I either need the newer title or if its lost I need Aaron Pratt to apply for a lost title for me. Thanks to any and all that help. I am at a loss right now with a $8000 scrap of metal in my driveway that cant be registered.

if you have a signed title (even if it doesnt have the current owner on it) with a bill of sale... you can register it. Otherwise, dont you have a better means of contacting an individual you gave 8k to?
