would an oil filter sandwich plate with 1\8"th inch ports supply enough oil volume to run a turbo and not cause any problems??? the main reason for this is i do not want to tap my block if at all possible!!! anyone who could give their suggestions on this i would greatly appreciate it!!!

I believe the sandwich plate has 2 oil ports you can use? One has higher oil pressure output from what ive heard.

not from what i have used, both ports are the same size and provide the same amount of oil flow, and both are sufficient enough to supply the turbo, there are arguments however that the stock oil pressure is too high to be ran straight to the turbo itself, some use a a pressure reducer because its easier on the center cartridge of the turbo, but ive never had a problem neither has anyone else i know whos ran turbo with oil supply straight from the block.
