hey Joey, well I could do a larger 1 bedroom, or 2 smaller sized rooms, looking for own bathroom. Price is an issue, but I could work things out if the place is worth it, which is why I'm hesitant to post what I'm willing to pay, because if the place is crap that person will want to charge that much.
