its really easy all he gotta do is plug it in and run the power wires..... whats so hard about that itll save you ALOT of money

its really easy all he gotta do is plug it in and run the power wires..... whats so hard about that itll save you ALOT of money

hahah i agree. i told him the same but he's worried about where to mount the ballast.. something about there is no space or area and he doesnt want to ghetto it. i have to take a look at it for him.
