My room mate and i are looking for a place that sells pre-manufactured bars locally (richmond) or if anyone knows anybody who will build it for cheap. ...anyone?

 

Bars...you mean roll bars?

Have seen lots of furniture stores that sell them. Look in the end of the dining room section, ususally near where it starts into the living room. Roomstore on West Broad, Haynes on Hull St, probably many others but you're only gonna find at most two to choose from and they are hella overpriced. Why not build your own? Get a nice set of tall cabinets and two-shelf enclosed shoe racks (closet organizer section) from Home Depot and put on a nice countertop with rope lighting underneath. I don't mind if you build it at my place in the garage with my tools, but rather prefer if you painted it at your place (beagles don't like paint fumes).

personal drinking bars...for those who are confused like the small one at my place..

 

my room mate wants to spend 400 bucks, if you help me build it, asside from the cost of materials then ill split whats left over with you.

 

I don't charge anything to help. We can build it in my garage and I'm less than 5 miles from two Lowe's and about 8 miles from two Home Depots.

Search online for plans if you want to make one custom, but check out the cabinet and countertop idea if you'd like to go cheap.
