Default OBD II Code Reader...

I was wondering if anyone around the Newport News area has an OBD II code reader that I could borrow. I've checked the code by using a paper clip on the diagnostic plug and its a code 90, but it could be a number of things. From what I understand an OBD II code reader would specify exactly what it is. Im also throwing a code on the ATTS unit in my car which is a specific Prelude Type SH thing, but I think the code reader might be able to tell me whats causing that too. If someone could lend me a reader Id be willing to give them a couple bucks because I know they arent cheap. Let me know...

Yea I know its one of those, but the problems on a lude could be:
Fuel Fill Cap
Vacuum connection
Fuel tank
Fuel tank pressure sensor
EVAP bypass solenoid valve
EVAP two way valve
EVAP control canister ventshut valve
EVAP control canister
EVAP purge control solenoid valve

I was wondering if a reader could tell me exactly which one it is

Ive taken it off and put it back on making sure it was tight and after reseting the ECU its still throwing a code. Ill probably pick up a new cap at honda tommorow.

Looks like we're going to have to put her up in the air and diagnose this one Chris.
