Be careful!!!!!!! I live near the kroger parking lot and saturday i got home around midnight and heard everyone up there so i flip the tv onto channel 46 which in norfolk is the norfolk vdot camera channel. I see everyone up there doing some parking lot pimpn. The 564-64 HOV VDOT camera is turned all the way off the interstate and zoomed into the parking lot. I couldnt believe my eyes, so i hit record on the dvr and replayed it a million times. BIG BROTHER IS WATCHN!!!!!!! So everyone starts to leave about 1:09am and then the cameras cycle back through and at 1:14am the camera is back on the interstate. Correct me if im wrong but isnt it against the law to film a private parking lot with a state safety and emergency camera. I mean Virginia Beach wouldnt even let the red light cameras stay at intersections cuz people thought big brother might be watchn over everyone. So what im sayn is be careful. From an ex street racer/parkn lot pimp!!!!!

 

Hrm, that's a little odd, but not surprising in the least. It's because the people that like to act like morons and call having a good time speeding around the lot making their cars blow off, or burning tires, all pointless.

i have the shit recorded on my DVR cable box. From about 1230 to 115 saturday night. And with out sayn you can see everything that goes on along ALL of norfolks interstates Exactly FAT NICK. Yeah not my problem either just tryn to spread the word and look out.
