im posting this up for a friend at work.he has an '04 grand cherokee that he just bought and hes saying theres a problem with the alarm.he can arm the alarm with the key fob and the panic works fine but when the alarm is armed the light on the dash doesnt blink or anything and he was wondering if this means the alarm is not working properly.i know nothing about jeeps and didnt feel like going to try to look it up so if anyone could throw an idea out there it would be much appreciated.thanks
