Default Vibration

I have a 97 Accord that is completely stock. It has a vibration/shimmy above 40 mph, under acceleration. i have actually started noticing it below there now, but just barley. Sometimes it's worse than other times. It has been doing it for a while. It did it for a while when i braked, then i replaced the axle and it stopped doing it durring braking and started doing it under acceleration. I have changed the front motor mount, the wheels, it has been aligned and no one can give me any answers. I dont feel it in the steering wheel, the entire front end just shakes. Anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem in my Integra. I've been following this thread:

I know it's not about an Accord but there are some good suggesions there.

thanks man. I stil think it might be another mount. I'm going to check all of them and my wheel bearings and make sure my axles have the rubber balancer. Do you know if there is supposed to be one of those balancers on both axles?

I have no idea. I got Driveshaft Shop stage 1 axles and I didn't see any balancers on them or the ones I removed. I'm thinking my mounts are shot somewhere, too.

It could easily be in the tranny, especially an auto.
