Two bedroom/1.5 bath 1150 sf. Townhouse.
Room dimensions are 12x11.6

I already have digital cable/high speed internet hooked up.
Rent would be 400/mo (this includes all utilities)
My name is Nate, im 24 and work fulltime as well as attend Tncc fulltime. Just looking for a chill person to move in to make things more affordable.
I have lived here for almost a year already...lease renews in March.
