Who's name is the title in? Did you steal the car? How is your name not on the title? Can't you sign it over to yourself or contact the person who's name is on the title? Motor in it? 5speed? Sorry for all the questions, just seems kind of shady.

Okay... full background story on the car... Orginal dude.. daniel something or anonther buys a prelude.. he wrecks it.. guy named colin buys it cuz he wanted to do an H22 in some civic... got the motor.. then was cursed with the car sitting outside his house for about 3 years... me... being a dumbass... comes along and buys the car... because I need the wheel and hub... someone screwed me over when I bought my lude... cuz those arn't prelude hubs on it.. thier type r... or some other five lug honda hub... but anyways... now I put it in front of my house... neighbors called the housing association.. they called the city.. and blam.. I'm here in this hole of ish... My names not on the title caus colin never got a new one when the dude sighned it over to him... Colin lives in richmond... I'm in Virginia beach... his cell phone message says.. "Phones broke, leave a message and I'll get back to you," I left a message.. nothing yet

 

Ok good summary thanks. So this lude had no swap in it with type r 5 lug conversion? If so I will take the 5 lug. I don't want the car, I really just wanted the motor out of it.

 

Have you talked to the DMV about options for re-titling it? There might be a way if the title is clean and there is no theft report on it.

 

Lady at the DMV's mean as a snake... "Have Colin fill out this this and this..." "He lives in Richmond," "So?"... but yeah thanks for the replys.. the guy who gave the number is picking it up... so yes... I give praise to dragva for solving yet another one of my problems!
