hmmm i had to go to court last week for; broken headlight,lisence plate in the windsheild,and failure to wear a seatbelt and i plead guilty to all of them and got out of the headlight and the lisence plate and all i had to pay was $25

i went to court in downtown newport news, i just plead guilty to them and the cop said i was very cooperative and i brought a pic of my car with the headlight fixed and the lisence plate on
