I am really thinking about this vw.
its a 1996 gti, 2.0 very clean
white with the "euro" package
engine was rebuilt at 108k and currently has 50k on fresh rebuild..
he is lookin for something around 3k ish lower or higher.
give me input on this....good bad idont care jus input.

Uhh, what euro package are you referring to? No such thing.

There's nothing Euro about it other than the manufacturer though. I don't see any aftermarket parts.. Tails MIGHT be smoked, but it's hard to tell in that picture. I also see the damaged right section of the rear bumper. Yikes.

Go for a VR6 if you can afford it. Night and day difference.

I can't knock the mk3's though. That's where my heart is.

car was ugh...okay step dad didnt like it at all... was a lil rusty. and he didnt like the way it sounded...I thought the car was good, but i cant pull my money out with out his okay... so lol he said euro <<< like the lips SO HE SAID> car also had like erosion from salt...??? yeah not too good

 

the car may look great on outside but if the ride is poor and u feel that something is weird with the engine...pass up on it. A hardcore dub fan like me would rebuild it and make it perfect but IMO skip it, find another....there will always be another out there waiting.

 

also considering the car is 10 years old, most cars used found in that year and lower are gonna have problems and blemishs and things that are not quite pleasing....just put some work into it and itll be good.

 

no.....something was deff wrong with car..... i would of only payed 1k tops for it....but thanks for input.
