Default Down 460

so we drove down to Giles county today, and on the way down, KING RICE was parked on the side of the road, there is a yellow cavalier with krylon flames painted on it, and AGAIN, the fire extinguisher.
But there was a really nice jeep too, i am not a big 4wheelin guy, but this jeep was done really nice, it had about 3-6 inch lift, not sure, but the wheels fit perfectly, nice looking jeep. It was nice to go offroading with and to just take out into town. But as my motto says "JEEPS are for cheerleaders and frat boys"
if i offended anyone here, sorry.

So what do you prefer to take off road? I'll take our Wrangler we have sitting @ home over 95% of the vehicles that are meant for off roading (stock or modded).

they created roads for a reason, i dont see where i would need to go off roading for...another thing, is in northern VA there is no where to go offroading.
i am not trying to be rude, i wanted a jeep for ever and some but after taking a corner with it and almost flipping it, i stick with small cars.
that is just my opinion

I can understand what you're saying, but I was born and raised on off roading.

Jeeps were only met to handle off road and thats about it. Hell just look @ it, tall w/a narrow wheel base. :P

As far as the roads were created for a reason comment, it's obvious you're not from around SW/Central va. You have to cross creeks to get to some of my friend's houses back home. No lowered car is going there. :P

im not pissed. my point is that where im from only cheerleaders and frat boys drive civics. my best friend has a jeep for the purpose of going offroad with it. so thats a pretty all-encompassing view. jeeps are for people who want to go offroad, but people buy them for other reasons. thats why it is so easy to find a jeep. some cheerleader or fratboy buys one, realizes its not comfortable, has a stiff suspension, makes a lot of noise, etc.

and my bmw was cheaper than your civic, so i can't really "afford" a bmw (if your bmw reference was aimed directly at me)
