Default Damn you rustbucket!

Ok, I have a 1989 Acura Integra.

This thing has some serious issues. But what do you expect for a 17 year old car? I know nothing about detailing so I have no idea on where I should start, to go about fixing these issues. I literally love this car, so everytime I see a little blemish or fault here and there I think about what I'm gonna have to do to fix it. These that I'm about to show you are probably the worst though. It was like this when I bought it, so I did know about it already.

Holy Crap.

There are small dents where it looks as if the rust has eaten away at the underside and jack supporters.

The hood also had minor rust spots, but were so small that you wouldn't have been able to see them in a picture.

How can I fix this crap? Or better, who can I get to fix this crap that has experience? Any help is appreciated.
