Resize...Edit the pictures in "paint" and under "image" go to STRETCH AND SKEW
go to like 30%
30% if the image is huge...if its rather mediumish..play around with 70%

At the top of the Eye-Candy forum is a sticky with a how-to and where you can host them. www.photobucket.com is a decent one.
