Does anyone know fo any "Friendly" tech inpection stations in southeast virginia, withen and hour of chespeake, norfolk, va beach, or suffolk? That will pass cars easy for tech inspections

yeah umm its of*** and second what is so wrong with your car that you have to find a shop that will cheat you in for inspection??

I find it interesting that a new person with only 2 post will go ahead and throw up a thread like this which has already been talked about? I just dont get somethings oh well.
