I have a 92 civic hatch dx and I can't start it. I think the steering wheel lock is broken. Normaly i wouldn't be able to turn the wheel until I unlocked with the key but i can turn all th way and it still won't start. My dad thinks the tumblers inside the key cylinder need to be lubricated with graphite but im not sure thats it. What should I do?
