Default h22 in hatchback

How much would it cost for the engine and installation (new or used engine)? And would it fit well in a 92 hatch (would it need cutting or any other sort of reshaping the car for it to fit?)
Thanks just really thinking about it for a while now.

No cutting of anything... engine will run you around 2400. I couldnt give you a quote on the install price but everywhere is different.

Just make sure you pay the extra money and get the Hasport Kit. Other wise, you'll be regretting it later if you didnt

yes you will need to cut...inquire hasport...you would need to remove the pass side bracket...you also need to cut a hole for the shifter cables...you will have understeer w/ that car..it can be solved by improving your suspension...HTH

There IS cutting involved since you have to switch from linkage to cable shifter. Pick up the Spt. 2001 issue of SCC and you'll see.

yeah sound's good give me about a month to get the rest of the money, where is auto solutions? Would the understeer be made better since I have coilover's? If not what else would I need to do to the suspension?
