Default accord running rich?

so ive noticed my beater has been acting a bit funny. sputters occassionaly, and more noticable, it seems my gas mileage has gone to crap. i get maybe 250mi per tank if im lucky (or is this normal? i dunno hondas too well). occassionally it spits black smoke. any idea what could fix this outside a tune up? is this a common problem? the car is a 95 EX with roughly 88k miles i believe.

Fuel filter? It's cheap and usually a great thing to replace anyway. not the easiest car to replace a fuel filter on, but it's always a good idea.

Your Exhaust cam may be exhuasted and your intake may not be taking much more in..?

Just kidding, It seems like either the o2 or the Fuel filter as stated already.
