Little brother has a set of 195/60/15s on his DC. He's not lowered, yet. That'll be taken care of this weekend, as long as it doesn't rain. Shouldn't be a problem though. And I've got some 205/60/15s on my lowered 2001 Civic and I've got no problem either. I'd go with 195/60 or 205/60 if you can.

there is someone selling some 185's cheap though, will they look funny you think? I am also installing brand new eibach sportline springs on too, so i think the drop will be between 1.5, to 2 inches

Wider is better IMO, I'd go with a smaller profile for a wider stance, it's worth the sacrafice, plus you wont have to worry about rolling over the sidewalls if you take turns with any amount of speed.
