Does anyone know anything about the Toyota Yaris?
It can come pretty cheap brand new, and it looks like a decent car.

Didn't know if anyone had some dirty knowledge to share, or if I should be looking at this as a realistic option for a car?

 

it's a yota..... it'll probably run forever... get good mpg ... it'll probably be very slow. Kinda like a corolla.

notice how cars never get smaller... they always get bigger.
the corolla, sentra, and civic have grown inches in every model.
In order for them to still sell a small vehicle.. they have to build new these new models.

 

I kinda like the hatch...daily driver, good on gas, nothing more.

 

Yaris has been the International name for the US Echo over the past few years

 

It's an Echo. It will get you where you're going. Not in style, or particularly quickly.

 

i think it looks pretty nice. the sedans do anyway. Its cheap as fuck though and holy shit on gas.

 

A friend of mine drove one and said its ok. The interior felt sub par compared to similar cars in that price range. (Its silly asking a lot from a car that cheap though haha).

 

Yea, i drove one too. The interior is what you'd expect. I mean its not luxorious.

It's been out for a little while outside the US, where could I find reviews on it from say, Europe?

 

you should check out the Honda Fit also... it looks a little bit nicer.. imho... plus it will have alot of aftermarket support

 

The fit only comes in the hatch i think, and i dont think it looks as good.

I'm not too concerned about after market either.
