Don't use a ratchet, use a socket on breaker bar. Crank it over again.

Take the dust shield off the back of the flywheel and thread a long 12mm bolt into the other side of the clutch bolt holes so the flywheel is braced against the engine block. Next get a good quality breaker bar and a 17mm impact socket and put a piece of steel pipe on the breaker bar. should come loose without too much effort. you'll bend the shit out of the holder bolt, but as long as you use a long enough bolt it won't get sucked up into the motor. I use this trick a few times a week on stubborn crank pulleys and have never ran into one that I can't get like this.
