ran the 06 gsxr600 last night..
so apparently the deal is..
you need jacket, boots, gloves. if you trap over 120mph, or do 10.99 or quicker, you need a ignition kill switch attached to you and full leathers.
my first run sucked. it was the first time i had ever launched the bike.
60' - 2.2xx (bogged off the line)
11.7 @118.xx mph.
i had my alpinestars boots on, and i didnt click the shifter all the way down so when i went to shift into third, it stayed in second.
they gave me shit about not having full leathers, but let me run again since i didnt trap over 120.
my second run i got off the line a little better, but nothing like it should of been. i know i could of left a lot harded, but i was still getting a feel for launching it.
60' - 2.0
11.2x @ 124 mph.
after that i couldnt run anymore. i feel like my shifts could of been a little better, and i could of left the line alot harder. maybe ill try to get a cheap pair of leathers and see if i can get her into the 10's.. im pretty confident i can.

I'm not much into two wheeled drag racing.. I much prefer something with a little bit more of an angle, but I'll take it however I can get it. I love adrenaline.
