I believe AR Fabrications in Winchester, VA can do it. they are a pretty decent shop. i don't have any contact info for them, but just google them, you'll find it.

Yeah they were right the street from me in manassas,but I don't know if I would trust rotary specialist with an SR?

they are not only rotary they specilize in 2JZGTE's as well, I mean its worth a shot I am sure ray has dealt with sr's more than once.
