Have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment starting July 28th in Blacksburg. Rent will be $220/mo + cable, internet, and electricity (split 3 ways). Total rent w/ utilities should $250-260/mo.
Pets allowed, no pet rent. Right on the bus route (about 50 feet away from Tom's Creek A timecheck) on University City Blvd. Must be dog-friendly because there will be a basset hound.
