Default a few teaser/sample pics of my widebody process

long story short - wasnt able to use the panels i bought so its 100% custom fab'd.
He still has a bit more molding & obviously some filler and sanding, but it fits the HRE's very nicely so far

going to have him round in each bottom a bit more as well.

its a very ruff idea, but you get the picture. He's the same guy that did my hood - so this should come out very very nicely

By the way is this the same guy that did your paint as well, or is it another guy? Just curious. I have yet to be able to make a trip to get an estimate myself, but wish too shortly, most likely just after school ends when I have tons of time on my hands as I have the money in my hands to paint it etc. A huge problem I have is that there are some severe cracks on the bottom of it, one is about a 4" by 2.5" chunk taken out, and then there are about 3 all the way through cracks as well. All of them are completely on the bottom aside from one that goes about an inch into the face, and I'll have a lip on the bottom as well, but I would like to have them repaired before the painting process begins. What would you say if you had to give a rough estimate from your experience, of how much your guy might charge to fix and repair the bumper. I can definately install it myself, but I dont know if that'd be feasible since he'd probably need it off of the car to repair it. Feel free to PM me.

it had just been jacked up for a full day - so that was after letting it down for about 5 minutes - i'm sure you know it takes a little time for springs to settle back down

that makes sense.

i wonder though, if that changes the springs' dynamics, for instance like a "slinky" it stretches out due to the tension being exerted in a manner in which it wasnt designed. that is of course if your car was only jacked up with your rims and tires on. im just making retarded conversation
