Giving away my Mac o/r H pipe that fits 96-98 4V's. Just want to get rid of it otherwise its going in the trash. I don't need it as i have LT's. Figure the central folks know someone that might want it and the For Sale Sections are just an abortion.
What headers did you go with?
I'm pretty sure I made my mind up to go with the Bassani mid-lengths vs. a standard long-tube. I don't feel like screwing up what ground clearance I do have and don't want to fight with the slip -fits.

I went with the Flowtech LT's. Exact same header as the Hookers as they both are made by Holley. Install was easy took about 6 hours dropping the K member. I just didn't like the X pipe design.
Car picked up quite a bit low and midrange gains. Sound is good too

As for the h pipe, the crossover was welded as it started to leak and that fixed it. Not the greatest job, but the guy fixed it.

Cut off the Sean Hyland equal length headers to get them off easier.
