My fault completely, driving down 664 throught the monitor tunnel, just before going through I looked up and saw a state popo we made eye contact and he hit the radar. I had Valentine one radar detector, but he got me with instent on radar. Then he pulled me on the other side of tunnel. List of charges

No seat belt
Open container
Speeding 73/55
Possesion of radar detecting device

I had my gun laying on the seat loaded with one in the chamber. he took it went back to car came back handed me my gun and 4 tickets. I must say though, with all that stuff. He was real cool, and so was that beer he poured out...LOL. He said he saw me pull the gun out from under the seat and put it in plain view, and said keep it up on seat. I can pre pay everything except open contaner, new law states that you have to come to court now for that??? I hope I dont get in any real trouble. Has anybody experienced this new open contaner law, and any advise would be great. Ive never had a drug or alcohol charge ever and dont want one.. I was also getting ready to have a reckless and another speeding ticket to fall of my record, but will not be replaced with this one... Oh well, I was breaking the law and got caught... Anyho just though I would share..LOL Later

I was driving a rental,,LOL. Cars kinda quick, but not as fast as there radio...

 

I got a ticket last weekend too for an expired state inspection....and it was only 2 years old. (that green 01 really stands out according to the officer)

i always say i took my seatbelt off so i could get my wallet out of my pocket but i usually wear my seatbelt anyway

I just gotback from court i got 6mo probation and dr.improvement class...I doubt youll get anything that slack but hopefuly u will.

 

What was your charge that you got that sentence for??

 

if it had been me they woulda shipped me to jail for a dui or something cuse i drive an import =]

13 over and having too many people in the car (im 16)

But my friend was doin 18 over likeu and he got the same thign as me. So...hopefully the open container wont hit you too hard.
