You can get Penzoil Synchromesh (same stuff as GM's regular Synchromesh) at AutoZone. If you want the the genuine GM stuff or the Friction Modified I think you'll have to go to a GM delaer.

i believe syncro mesh regular is just that... doesnt state car specific, it is what it is. i picked it up for 10 something a quart at the pontiac dealer off jefferson avenue
