Two weeks ago I ordered a new pair of front struts for my RX-7 from Ptuning... I decided to use them because their price was fairly close to what I found on the internet, and I've always been a believer in supporting local shops when I can. I was told it would be 5 days... Ordered on a Monday, and called on Friday... No struts.... Monday... no struts... Wednesday... no struts.... I dropped by there today, and not only had they not arrived, they had never been ordered. The gentleman behind the counter then notified me that I had to Pre-Pay for them. When asked why I wasn't told this before, he had no answer. My car has been sitting on my lift, disassembled, waiting on this order since Monday. I have a Race this weekend that I've been planning on attending, and now I have to cancel and try to get a refund on my entry. Needless to say, I didn't have Ptuning place the order today.
No, because I'm not giving them my personal business, or any business from the shop I run any more. I'm just posting this here so that other people know... thanks for the offer though....
