Default S2000 Engine Light Came On

The "Main't required" light came on today and actually stayed on. It came on briefly before. What could be the cause? Its a 2003 and its got on 15K miles. If there is something seriously wrong, would a CAI negate my warranty? It's not Honda factory, but I got it from a secondary place... Like warranty direct, but I forget the name.

Nothing is wrong with your car. It came on due to that it is at the 15k milage service interval. It is very easy to reset, refer to the owners manual. The intake should not effect your warranty unless it causes an issue, and then it would be questionable.

In case you chucked the manual, stick the key in the ignition, hold down the trip button, turn key on, still hold the trip button for about ten sec's until the maint requ light goes off. Then when you start the car back up it will be gone...
