united muffler where and how much?

united muffler where and how much?
i was wondering if anyone has dealt with united muffler, and how much they charge, cause i need something to be welded together adn should take less than a few mins or so, its about 2 inches wide.
other thing is where is it located exactly.

talk to "sean" he owns the radford united muffler (his father owns the c'burg one).
Tell him i told you to call - he'll be fair about pricing - i've dealt w/ him for about 3 years now.
He's located over by walmart in radford - but on the other side of peppers ferry.

hmm small and about 2 inches wide... sounds like a bov flange onto a charge pipe?
