not hard just time consuming, to give you a price is kinda hard, cuz u can get good deals on some parts, and some parts may be expensive. You will need the shift linkage, the console, axels, tranny, clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, clutch cable, pedal assembly, different ecu prolly.

It will be hard to do, and very costly.... go to diff boards, and read.

it's gonna be a good bit of work. you'll need the tranny/axles, flywheel/clutch and all the linkage, an ECU and at least a day. if you're not too comfortable with it than i woudln't attempt it. imho auto-manual is harder than alot of motor swaps.
