Well i signed today and the offer was accepted for a house off of Williamson road....on forest hill ave..

And the seller was meeting tonight to sign there end of the contract saying the house is being offered as-is were-is and to finalize there half of the agreement..

I am supposed to close late July....so for those interested...

What she looks like NOW...once i get in there wall colors will change...some other stuff will have to be fixed....

The bathroom is still outdated....will fix that and install a exhaust fan.....the moister were they left the door closed started to discolor and end up in mild mold in the corners....a little bleach water and it will come right off..

Old ass furnace and window ac units....taking out the window units and installing a new Heat Pump...not sure if i should go gas or electric yet..

Planning on installing new Vinyl Windows within a year...

Planning on installing new vinyl siding within 2 years.....

I am running a voice/data/coaxial line to EACH bedroom in 2 locations….to make the house more “updated” as well as a WAP (wireless access point) in the middle of the master hall way….iam also wiring the living room for 5.1 surround sound as i bought benswrx dvd/surround sound stero unit.....

I am Also looking for Roommate to help offset the cost of living…as I really spent more than I want to on the final payment…IE…more than I wanted to pay a month…

Go with electric heat.
Though gas will heat up your house faster. As I know since I have gas heat. Though its pretty exspensive in the winter. I wish I had electric heat, would just make one big bill instead of 2.

I went with independent heat pumps for each of 3 floors. The first two floors have gas heat and I've been happy with it. For electricity and gas bills, you can request that the bills be evened out over each month throughout the year. Makes it very easy to calculate utilities!
