Originally from Oakland, CA. I moved from SC to NY, and finally settled in a house out by Mt. Trashmore. Been involved in motorsports (import or domestic, you name it, ive wrenched on it) for around 6 years now. Just wanted to say hi to some people in the area and see what kind of events you have out in Va Beach. Here's my car History:

THEN to deal with the snow in NY, i bought a 2002 X5 4.4i (sold):


and now i finally settled on a 2002 745i:


so to finish this out...are there any regular meets in the VA beach area? doesnt have to be bmw/luxury/exotic specific, i still love the first cars i worked on like toyotas, lexus, honda/acura, VW, audi, etc. Just trying to get into the scene out here.

the GS300 is still in CA with my brother. im keeping it around as sort of a project car. its what i drive whenever i go back home. im thinking about doing the GTE swap into it or maybe using the SRT turbo kit, but its all up in the air. the car i currently own and drive is the BMW 745i.

im just really used to the routine weekly meet EVERY week in the bay area. do you guys have anything like that? or do you think something like that could get started? just a hang out, keep the guys that do stupid shit that gets meets broken up away...just a thought

Not too much anymore... we had a pretty good thing going with 564, but we all knew it was just a matter of time before it was busted. There's usually a get together on the weekends where whoever wants to come out comes out to eat pizza, or just chill.

Well, we are allowed to meet during the day at any state/city park. But after dark we have to leave. Most people around here work so the day time meets are relatively rare, and a lot of people are not able to make it to them...

There is a honda meet coming up at Princess Anne park July 2nd at noon if you want to come out. I just heard about it today...

It would be nice to get some sort of routine and have meets every weekend...
