well me and some friends are going to slades sunday to see the dirt drags. there is usually alot of cool people that are up there to go riding with. we will probably be there around 10 or so. if you want to meet up then post any ideas in this thread.

 

whats this all about? where is it and what is it? im down to go.

 

it is in surry, va. about 45 mins away from vb. it is a atv/dirtbike park. you will get to see stretched banshee's with skidoo motors and nitrous. along with some top fuel bikes running like a 39 inch looking bogger on the back. hyabusa's with dirt tires along with r1's and gsxr 1000's. i am gonna bring my camera so i can get some footage and some pics. maybe convince half of you guys to get a quad or dirtbike and start riding with us.

 

its this weekend again. and we will be out in full effect.

 

Yea my boy and his brother got a racing team that races at slades Fowler racing they got some pretty nasty bikes.

 

someone also said something about trails out there before . . not sure if it's part of that property or not but you pay and go wheelin for the day . . also may be other place . . not totally sure haven't been out there think my brother went and watched the dirt drags though . . . oh yeah and someone said that comming up soon they are having bikes run saluda . . . the dirt track . .

 

yea they got trials too,ive never rode em but ive been to the dirtdrags lots of times...il be out there sunday too,either by the k&k truck or bothering the fowlers....you comin mobley?

 

I may go to this if I can get my car running; I haven't been out to slades in ages.

 

man i used to go out to slades all the time i was there the day that kid got hit and it got shutdown. trails were so much fun there.

 

Same. As a matter of fact, the kid almost hit our pickup right as we pulled up.

I miss the old slades.
