96 tranny into 93 cx

sup guys let me ask u wise men a q....... does any1 know if a 96 dx 5 speed tranny ,bolted to a D16 SINGLE CAM NON VTEC .will it fit in a 93 hatch cx with a single cam vtec thanks i think my tranny is obd2 and his messed up one is obd1 thanks

yeah it will if both are hydro but i think you will use the mount that the car is going into . obd2 is only for the motor not tranny.

Yes it will bolt right up. I have a 96 civic tranny in my 95 Cx. If you run across some braket or what ever that was on your old tranny, that isn't on the new one, just swap it over.
