Thread title changes
is it allowed for someone else to change the title of a thread without being asked if the title is appropriate for the thread without being harmful/hurtful to anyone?

Any of the mods can if they think it should be changed. If there's a problem with a specific thread report it and it will get looked into.

why don't you stop beating around the bush. we have the right to deem what is "official" and when in association with the VADriven name. i still didn't change your thread title though.
