Default Tires???

I need a rear tire for my bike... it is a 190/50/17.... anybody know where I can get one for a decent price??

cheapest locally is cycle gear. other than that, mail order is alot cheaper.

sunrise always gives me the best price. i did mail order once and the tire caught dry rot like 2 months later. never again.

I thought you had a gsxr 600? Dont they usually come with 180/55s?

Yea that is the factory size but I went up to the 190/50/17 because the bike is the same size as the 1k and that is what it has on it plus I like that thicker tire look....

it'll handle better with a 180 on it.

10mm would make a difference? I mean the 1k comes with it and it is basically the same size bike ...

it's more the profile of the tire than the width.

I was looking into a Pilot Power 190/50 ... you telling I would feel a difference if I was to go with the Pilot Power 180/55????
