well, many people stated that my car will look alot better if it was lowered a tad bit, my buddy wants to sell me some " Universal" adjustable Coilovers for $30 (ebay ones duh) well in case I do buy them, I hurd it was extremly hard to get evthem on, hows eryones input on this ? He will charged me $150 if I would want him to put them on, I need someones advice, thannkks
It doesn't take enough effort to pay 150 to put cheap ass coilovers on. The type of car might make it a little more difficult but every set i've ever done i'd never charge that much. Specially to a friend.
would I be able to do this in my backyard with a diff. buddy under like 2 hours? with a jack and some tools? yeah $150 is alot, and would the coilovers mess up anything? I mean they are "ebay" coilovers
I'd put new struts on also. Your going to need air tools and rent a spring compressor from an autoparts store to get the old spring off without killing someone. What type of car is it, the time all depends on that and your knowledge about it.
It won't be anything to unbarable, but it wont be the best ride. Plus eventually they well blow out on you. I doubt putting those on a Prelude will be any real big challange.
