Do FloBlade Vortex Generators cut down gas consumption

i want to get one for my lancer. but i never heard of anbody using them.

well on the product description it said it does, it said it was for boosting hp and cut down gas consumption

It works. You actually double your gas mileage if you put two on.

Well we use vortex generators on the leading edges on the wings of the aircraft I work on. In this case, vortex generators cause vortices under the wings which gives the wings more lift...not downforce.
