Where to buy a steel/metal building?
Like the title says... But the thing is I need a pretty big one and all the ones I see around my area are too small and they say they can't do the size I want. The only place I found that would do it said $11,500.
Thats not happening. Anyone know what the best thing to do is or where I could check?

Depending on how big you need you might be able to get by with one of those metal carports and finishing the sides yourself. Anything larger you will more than likely need to have one custom made though. They are not cheap, ask joey.
Wasnt there a commerical on Spike and SPEED about steel buildings that they could put up in a weekend and came with a really sweet warranty. I cant remember the name of teh company.
Im with Cootees, I know a few people that took a carport and finished them in. If you looking for something 40x50 you may wanna look at quonset huts they are ugly as shit but it'd be the cheapest thing that big.

We purchased a 60 by 100 foot steel barn from them for only $25,000.00 . It went up extremely fast. A smaller building will go up on no time and may only cost you 5 to 8 thousand. The hardest part will be getting the slab poured and anchor plates positioned correctly.

Everything is already poured and ready to go. Its getting a cement floor.
Thats good, you can always anchor the builidng using expansion bolts in the concrete. All you have to do is drill into the concrete and set the bolts. I guess its worth giving them a call and getting a price quote. Like I said, we have one and we love it. It was very easy to go up.
all of the buildings we have at work(100x40,and three 40x60)were built by the same company.i remember when the most recent one was being built,i was really impressed at how little it cost for such a nice bulding.i'll try to find out tomorrow who the company is.
