How did everyone do? I was only there for part of the night and also need to appologize to the GTO for leaning on his car when it was on the dyno...lol (i think you started raising your window while i was talking to Brandon) anyway it was cool to see some new faces and also watch some guys dyno. Speaking of which if you feel like sharing im sure some people would like to know your numbers (i know i would!) anyway from MJ, Micah, James, and myself- thanks for coming out!

 

Your dyno has to be off, how in the hell did the guy in the GTO only make 243? Is it because it's awd dyno?

 

our dyno has about a 15% power difference...in compairence to a dyno jet or any other type of dyno...our dyno is more for tuning but it does give pretty close hp readings

 

because gto's are like a box of chocolates. ya never know what your gonna get. lol

 

No, the dyno inc dyno.. and dont take this wrong... but it sucks. bad.

My friends SR20 put down 105 hp. The civic hatch before him put down 250 hp.

Whether it just sucks for RWD or not I dont know.

 

That would still put me at 279hp, not happening..

That mustang also only put down 133hp, with bolt on's so I would say it wasn't just my car.. Maybe something in the calibration.. Who knows..

Not sure what is up with the dyno as far as RWD goes but it was fun hangin out and watching that crx do the 1/4.. That was rather interesting..

 

did that thing was WAY off. I waited for 1.5 hours then peaced outta there. we just saw a turboed 240 put down 100hp!? and then a 6.0L GTO put down ~250hp. It must have been the RWD part or maybe you guys werent setting the cars up correctly, or maybe the software. I dont know.

 

I was there a couple weeks ago and they dynoed a s13sr20 powered s14 240, and I believe he hit somehwere between 170-177WHP. I am not sure if something went wrong during the dyno, but he said that he could not dyno my friends turbo 350Z.

 

So Dyno Inc. is running shoddy equipment now?

 

Im assuming the RWD feature is fucked.
