Im driving on the interstate like two weeks ago going about 65mph, when suddenly my car rpms drop really quickly, then goes back up like nothing happened. So I didn't think anything of it, but now I have bigger problem. Its the same situation but, now my check engine light comes on, my exhaust pops a little, and I cant take my car past 3500 rpms, and it bogs.Its like a rev limiter or somthing. When I turn my car off for about 5 seconds the check engine light dosen't come back on and everything seems to be fine. Any suggestions.

 

There are a couple of things that can cause this. Find out what code your throwing to narrow it down.

 

First off what kind of car is it? It sounds like your MAF, if its a Nissan anyway

Sounds as if you are having a fuel problem, low fuel pressure perhaps. Check the pump.

dizzy no doubt....probably throwing a code for crank position sensor or crank angle sensor something like that find another asap yours will die the rest of the way very soon

 

yeah its is for sure the dizzy as the one on my girls teg went out after doing the same thing for a while right before she trashed the car
