okay so my drivers license is suspened for ...now im pretty sure i cant but is there any way to get my motorcycle permit ...?

and i also heard that if i go to florida i can get a license there since i have a house there also? anyone have some answers

don't think you'll be able to get a motorcycle permit because you have to have a valid license


only way you can rock another state's license is if you're a resident. If you were in the military you could get a FL license

 

I beleive, not sure, that you can not get a license in another state if you have one suspended in any state . . but not sure . . .

 

but i have a house in florida where i can claim residence but would it matter if my license is suspened in virginia if i go to get one in florida

I know in this state they ask if you have a license in another state and if it's suspended . . . pretty sure if your license is suspended you can't get a license in another state . . . I was looking at that when I lost mine was going to get a TN license . . now if you had one in a nother state and this state and then this one was suspsended the other is still vaild I believe

 

it wouldn't matter if you had a lisence in another state, when you get pulled over and the cop ran your lisence, it would still come back as saying your driving privalege in va is suspended. it doesn't matter what state your lisence is from, va dmv computers still say you can't drive in va.

i have the same problem with nc. if i had a valid va lisence, i still couldn't legally drive in nc.
